mechanical maintenance technician, fault finding, repairs, overhaul of pump/ valves any equipment deemed mechanical discipline, ensuring work carried out to the highest standard to ensure safe and reliable operation of equipment. on going projects to in areas where improvements can be made to aid in a safer working environment.
everything from how the systems work to how equipment should operate in relation to other equipment and its purpose to aid in the understanding when working on plant, overhauling and installing of unique equipment to the industry.
the apprenticeship along with experience and knowledge gained have far exceeded my fist expectations. thoroughly enjoyed the full process from training away from home to being part of a team on station.
