On a day-to-day basis, I serve customers on the till for a good few hours of my shift, I put out stock, that has came in on the delivery or that is upstairs in the warehouse or whatever is downstairs in the draws. I face up the shop towards the end of the day to make sure it is ready for the next day etc.
I have developed a lot of new skills and have also developed on skills I already have. My customer service is a lot better as I am able to help and understand the customers properly! All my tasks at work that I am asked to do, I do to a very good standard. I am a very quick learner so any new skills I am taught, I am able to pick up very quickly.
I have loved ever moment of the journey I've had with savers. I have had a good laugh with my colleagues, learnt loads of different things whilst being at work and overall my life in general has been much better, as obviously I've been working/learning whilst earning! I definitely want to go on to do level 3.
I feel very valued by savers. I've felt happy and safe at work. I've never felt left out, they have always been there for me if there has been a problem. They are very good with my hours of work as I have other commitments outside of work which has made my work and personal life really good, as I'm able to have both.
My programme is very well organised and structured, I'm able to complete all tasks and learn new things whilst working. Then, I have a lady come to visit me between 10-12 weeks to sit down and go through my work book with me to see how I'm getting on and to mark what has been given me.
I receive lots of support for my apprenticeship. I have my manager, assistant manager, supervisor and colleagues to help me. I also have my apprenticeship lady that is also available to help me and I receive the support whenever I need it. My training provider can also help me over the phone or through email if I need it whilst she isn't here.

My salary isn't bad but isn't good either. It gets me through with what I need whilst I am still young and living at home. However I wouldn't be able to stay on this amount of money as I wouldn't be able to afford to move out or do the things I would love to do.
As I am unsure of what I want to do outside of work, I'm unsure of what opportunities there is for me but as I'm coming towards the end of my apprenticeship, I have been looking at what opportunities there are for me as I need to be aware of this.
Yes
It's a very good company to work for, you receive lots of support if you need it, the day to day jobs keep you busy and there's always a variety of things for you to do. The staff are very friendly and it's just a nice and positive environment to work in.
Be yourself, apply to the job if you think it's something you would enjoy, by helping the company improve and make a difference and having an impact. It can be hard and heavy work at times though don't be put off by that, there's many opportunities within savers. Overall a very good company to work for.
