Very much enjoying the programme, my colleagues are always approachable and willing to help you.
Very valued.
As it is the first year or so of the programme, it can seem unorganised but in the most part it is very organised.
A lot of support from training providers, always available to answer questions etc.
Employer gives me a lot of support. Time off for exams and extra support if needed.
Very well considering the average wage of an apprentice.
Lots of networking and social events.
