In the smarts futures programme we did workshops for the first week about ict, audit, accountacy, and others, the second week consisted of out buissness week were we went into different departments of ey and learned about what they did and how they got to where they are today.
I learned a lot about myself and about the different aspects of buissness and that you don't allows have to go to uni to do things you want to do.
I enjoyed the ey smart futures programme very much as I have tried so many new things thyat I thought I would have never been able to do and met so many people I never thought I would meet but have due to this programme
I feel very valued as work experience students you can feel like your in the way but ey treated you as you were a part of their team.
The programme it's self is very organised and structured well as the days are always full packed with something different every day whee you are facing new chellenges.
They provide so much support in helping finding a career that may fit you best.
They help you decide what you want to do and show you what paths you can take to reach that career and punch you to your limits. They also encourage you to do your best in everything and challenge things you may not think is correct or right.
I'm normal work experience you don't get paid but this one is different you do. It is a fair amount for people who are 16 or 17 so I believe that it's very fair and even.
Yes, you get the opportunity to visit and get a tour of the stv studios. You also get to meet their team and how they make adverts and get to see the news room. You also get a visit to white lee wind farm and see how wind turbines are made and how much energy can actually be made from them.
Yes
Because it's an amazing course where you meet people you never thought you would meet. also it very relivant to s5 students as we are all going though the point of our lives where we have to chose what we are going to do with our lives
