I work in a good team and get on well with everyone I work with. I generally enjoy my job, although there is not as much variety as I had expected.
I feel very valued within my team and on a local basis, but overall less so given the size of the firm.
The aspects of apprenticeship are well structured and I receive all necessary support and guidance.
Tutors are available to answer questions outside of specific college time which is good, there is also support available online.
We have a dedicated professional qualifications team who provide support which is very useful. My people manager takes an active interest in my studies. My peers are also supportive and offer assistance.
Covers my living costs very well at the moment.
There are regular social events, both organised by the firm and informally by colleagues. There are opportunities to get involved in sports as well.
