As an internee at APPLE, my role was to gain on-site experience by working at the Apple Store. We were trained that the customers satisfaction is our utmost priority and hence all our dealings must be courteous and be done with a smile. From greeting the customers to noting their queries/concerns or answering their questions about the Apple products everything was given great care.
Customer satisfaction, dispute handling, increasing product sales, communication skills
Working with Apple was amazing, not only they offer great experience but also perks such as 20% on apple products and iTunes vouchers.
Extremely valued, each internee was given their unique badges and treated with respect.
We all had reporting lines and on-site supervisor who assisted us.
