I have 8 month rotations within the consulting department. I have had 3 internal roles including, risk and quality adminsitrator, Central government team administrator and facilitator/organsier for the experienced hires induction programme. These have all involved high levels of responsibilty and I have been made to feel like a valued member of the team.
I have been working on the dipolma and certificate in management consulting. Both are level 4 qualifications. I have also learnt a great deal on the job including presentation, orgnaisiation, time management skills which have been invalubale. I have continued to be coached in the technical skills required for the role as well having attended a detailed induction programme as well as attending addionatl training courses when required both online and face to face.
I really enjoy the programme, I am given varried and challenging work which is also of interest. I am made to feel like part of the team and feel my work and inputs are valued by my collegues. It has exceeded my expectations and we have been given the fantastic oppotunity to further develop the programme for future joiners to the apprenticeship through our feedback.
I feel very valued by PwC. Particually by the induvdual teams I have been placed in where I have been intergrated into the team and made to feel welcome by my collegues. I recive internal recognition from my mangers using the PwC performance feedback system and have also been invloved in promotional events and recruitment events to support the growth of the programme.
The course is well strucutred with time set aside for training and time to complete the professional qualification. There is also a clear career path for the apprentices.
We receieve face to face training for the exams and regular catch up meetings with the assesor at the PwC office. They make it clear to us how we are progressing on the apprenticeship and what is expected from us.
Lots of support from PwC through buddies, peers and my line managers as well as the managers of the apprenticeship programme itself. There is lots of support avalible in terms of development and training needs.
I feel it meets my costs well there is great progression and the salery is competitive.
There are lots of oppotunities to develop outside of work with networking events in the teams and with the graduates. There is also the oppotunity to be involved in community projects.
Yes
Great oppotunity to develop and to be given a great experience into management consulting with a clear development path.
