I had various roles, I had to stock shelves and present them well, I also greeted customers as they came in the store and worked behind tills serving customers
I have developed communication skills with customers and improved my teamwork skills
I enjoyed the programme, especially behind tills
I felt like I was part of the team and they respected me even as a trainee.
It was very organised and well structured the manager gave me sufficient training and told me on a daily basis my tasks to do
A lot they were very helpful
A lot with regular meetings I was able to discuss any problems
It was minimum wage, so I struggled to meet my costs
