Tax associate Admin, assisting with reports, project based tasks for TP clients
soft skills, e.g. written/spoken communication tax specific knowledge
Exceeded expectations as given more responsibility and technical tasks than expected
Feel valued, could have more recognition internally get involved from outset of projects
Know progression routes understanding of scheme is good clear study time
Not much interaction, mainly use PwC contacts
Lots of support received both from HR dept and in the team, from a pathway and a technical learning perspective
Salary could be better, difficult to cover living costs and commuting into London also expensive in London so need funds to cover this
There are some sports teams, charity groups etc that have been set up unsure of their popularity
