It was a very interesting job which involved me working alongside the research and development department. They were very inclusive and gave lots of opportunities to discover all aspects of the company. There were lots of chances to learn and if you wanted to see a certain part of the business, they were happy to show you. The managers were lovely and helped me go from a summer intern to a graduate on their GDF program. Even though all the people I worked directly with were permanently employed, I was still included in decisions and my input was valued.
They let me learn C++ before doing my work as I hadn't done any programming in that language before.
It was very enjoyable and a great experience to meet lots of great people.
Extremely, they were very inclusive.
Very well structured. Lots of reviews and every few weeks there was a review.
Lots of support, they were always on hand to answer questions.
Less than my manager, but they do keep in contact to make sure I'm happy.
It paid well considering I was an intern, but living in Kent was very expensive.
Yes,there are lots of events for graduates and other interns to get together and have fun.
Yes
They were very friendly and helped me to learn everything that I needed.
Don't worry so much in the interviews, if you have something interesting to put forward they are interested to listen.
