Maintaining the systems used to evaluate the gas being distributed into peoples homes and buisnesses. Daily tasks such as monthly and annual checks on certain pieces of equipments, changing of pieces of equipment and evaluation of different procedures.
I have learnt a large amount of new skills since starting my apprenticeship and all of them fit in with my job nicely, i continue to improve my skills and expand my knowledge on various subjects and skill sets.
I really enjoy the programme working with people with similair goals and views really helps, i feel comfortable and happy within my programme and thats the most important thing.
I feel valued by my employer as they put a lot of money and time into training me and making me a good employee.
The programme is fairly orgnised however the training does change quite often and old programmes can be misleading as they are being constantly updated.
I recieve good support from the training providers however we only spend one or two weeks with a tutor before recieving a new one, so they can only help a certain amount.
MY employer on site supports me excellenty, any queries or questions they answer immediatley and are always happy to help and make time for me.
Extremely well for being in my 2nd year of an apprenticeship and with the salary i am on i can not ask for more.
