At the moment I key in data into the Rbs systems.
Yes I have learnt new skills, in the keying I am doing at the moment and when I was cash side of Rbs how tp handle cash.
Yes I do enjoy my apprenticeship but would enjoy doing more in depth roles.
Yes I feel valued with the money and time they invest in the apprenticeship programme, from the bootcamp training to other things.
Within the BPP workbooks, tests etc its very structured but from my job role Its not been as stuctured to date.
A lot we keep in contact on a weekly basis and see replies within the day when needed.
I get my half day learning and what ever I need to do my apprenticeship.
My salary is great specially for an apprenticeship/
At the moment I have not searched for opportunities as I am learning my role at the moment.
Yes
I would recommend because Rbs provide great support to the apprenticeship scheme and have a great partnership with Bpp learning provider. As I and the other apprentices are the first Rbs group have took on the scheme can only get better and learn from past mistakes.
Research Rbs group specially the area you are going into as there will be questions and knowledge of the bank be required in the interview stages etc. Also go into the role willing to fully engage with the role and learning.
