So basically for most of the day I go around the shop assisting customers and helping them find items, along with this I may stack shelfs from time to time and later during the work experience I helped out at the tills scanning customers shopping though the machine. As well as this I sometimes cleaned the floors near the end of the days when their where less customers.
I have definitely learned how to work more effectively as part of a team and learned a lot of patience during my time working at Aldi. I think I mostly learned what it's like to actually work well with other staff members weather you like them or not.
The day to day work may of often been boring and predictable however the rest of the staff their definitely somehow made it somewhat enjoyable and I liked working with them the most. If I had the chance to do it again I would definitely do so.
I think Aldi treat all their staff well and have never had any kind of problem with the way they do things, if I where in full time employment with them I would feel like they treat me well.
It was organised well enough that I received a lot of experience doing various tasks and I never had to do anything that would not be beneficial for me in the future.
I personally did not receive much support from them but it was always their if I needed it and I saw another person using their help quite a lot.
As much as I needed, I was never left doing something that I was not 100% sure what to do on, they certainly helped me quite a lot and I don't think I could of done the job without them.
It fits it perfectly and I never felt like I needed any more money to do anything.
More and more keep coming up and I have yet to choose one.
Yes
Probably one of the best business I've worked for so far in my life, I see no reason why you should not give them a try.
Just follow what they tell you to do and you will do just fine.
