i was with Barrett homes for 3 years on a bricklaying apprenticeship and i thank them for the opportunity.i was labouring for most of the time and learnt my trade with some bricklaying in-between.i am now a qualified bricky and love working on site
my bricklaying is regarded as excellent by time served tradesmen
i really enjoyed my apprenticeship
i felt very valued
i found the programme to be extremely well organised / structured
i received a lot of support from my training provider
i received a lot of support from my employer and felt i could approach them if i needed to
i was on great money as an apprentice
