I am on an apprenticeship doing retail my job as a store assistant is working on tills stocking shelves and doing coursework in my spare time
I am more confident since starting my apprenticeship I have learnt how to talk to people effectively aswell as many other skills
I enjoy my programme very much I am learning so much and having a great time aswell
I feel like I am part of a team and well respected everyone is very kind.
Very organised
When ever I need any help or support my training provider is always happy to help me
My employer is always helping me and supporting me through my apprenticeship
The salary is very good compared to other apprenticeships and just about matches my costs

Yes
I have had a great time at aldi and feel truly valued as an employee and as a person it is a great company to work for
Try your best at everything you do and you will be fine if you are stuck or need help always ask cause everyone is always happy to help.
