My role was classed as being an intern within the company. This entailed taking part in several presentations and numerous projects to be carried out, as well as taking part in a practical experience week which meant working closely within a part/qualified individual and assisting them on their daily tasks which ranges depending on the client you are working. As well as this, we also carried out log books frequently, this was to aid an qualification that we would come out with at the end of the programme.
I have developed my team working skills as you are presenting quite a lot, and I'm usually a confident dominating person who likes to take overtasks, and this programme made understand and accept others people different views and ideas and work better as a team. I learnt the important of team work and also the importance team work.
I thoroghouly enjoyed the programme, I cannot explain enough how beneficial and eye opening this whole experience was. If offered, its a fantastic opportunity and I truly believe you'd be a fool to give it up - there's so many experience offered, that I otherwise would never have been through which I'm extremely grateful for. Every one and I met and everything I've done I've enjoyed so much.
Majority of the individuals I've met, has been wonderful and treated me like an equal, despite myself being an intern and themselves being of a high role at a prestigious company. Everyone has been so helpful and tried to make my experience enjoyable. They make me feel it's possible to work here despite my social class and background.
I believe majority of the programme was very well structure. It was clear at the beginning was every week would entail and the beginning of each week, what each day would entail. And the beginning of each day, what each hour was entail as each hour different tasks were carried out. The only thing I felt could be structure a bit better were the tasks given during experience week.
Majority of my training providers were extremely helpful, always willing and there if I needed any help. And extremely forgiving when I make mistakes. Only during busy times, some support was not effective however this is understandable as they have important tasks to. So considering this, whilst having their job and making time for me, I received a lot of support.

I think it's amazing we have the opprutnity to be paid to have an amazing experience, also if you live quite far you able to get any expenses reimubursed which is amaazing. I think the salary meet my costs fanatasticly well, which is amazing for my public transport costs.
