Business Apprentice Review

The role involved general business administration tasks but also learning more about the departments I was in and picking up work in those areas, this gave me a good insight into areas such as projects, Human Resources, Planning etc.

The thing I liked most about this apprenticeship was it helped me gain confidence.

I loved my programme, it was a great way to start with a big Company and gain the skills and experience you need to secure a permanent role at the end of your apprenticeship.

I do feel valued but the company has had some difficult times which can you make feel as though people aren't always valued.

everything is there, occasionally changes need to be made etc. but this can happen anywhere and as a programme is set over a number of years, changes have to be expected, so long as they are well managed, there is no issue.

excellent level of support.

Excellent, time off was provided for study, people in the department helped with anything I needed for my course and qualifications.

It was an above average salary for an apprenticeship with increments throughout the scheme.

I was involved in STEM events and schools visits, company awards dinners etc.
