I really enjoyed this programme and if I have the opportunity I would love to come back and take part in the student leadership programme. I enjoyed learning what it is like to work in the business environment. This allowed me to see how different it is from school life.
I feel very valued by EY because everyone is very welcoming and treats everyone with respect.
Then programme is very well structured. The first few days are completing the learning logs and then after that, it is completing activities that correlate to the different things we learnt in the programme.
The training provide I had during this programme has been wonderful. They are very cheerful and lively and really want to coach you so that you can be the best you.
From EY there is a lot of support if it is needed. Eg if you cannot come into work due to a disability, you can work from home.
The salary package meets the costs very well. Once we have taken out the costs for travel and food their is still a good amount of money left to spend on discretionary things.
Outside of work there are many activities such as charity events, network gatherings and other things.

It is a very valuable experience to add to your CV which will almost guarantee you a job in the future. It also prevents you from being lazy during your summer holidays and gets you to get up and something that is fun and exciting with your time.
I would say to them that the application process is probably the most stressful part about the experience however everything else is very relaxed and fun.
