Over the five days spent at PwC, three days were spent shadowing someone in your chosen line of work. We were provided with laptops and emails to get a real feel. We also did research through out the week, in preparations for presentations.
Communication skills, time management.
Its luck which buddy you get, everyone had very different experiences. Personally my buddy wasn't very supportive but i know others had much better experiences.
I felt very welcomed, issuing us with laptops and emails was very professional.
The structure was really good, everything planned and constantly informed about where we should be at all times.
The recruitment team who organised the programme were very supportive but buddies depend on who you are paired with.
Again, the recruitment team/ organisers were really welcoming and organised.
The work experience is paid which is great!! However the TRavel wasn't so there's a trade off here.
Yes, lots of future opportunities available of which you are fast tracked for.
Yes
Its for some but not for all. The work ethic and community is very different to other firms.
Dont expect too much, many of us were disappointed after the recruitment process
