The insight week began with an induction day and finished with a day where we wrapped up the whole week and we did some presentations. The middle three days were spent shadowing a PwC employee, which I found insightful. My 'buddy' that I shadowed was incredibly helpful when answering my questions.
Yes. Learned how to use excel more proficiently in particular.
I enjoyed the experience very much, particularly because I found it rewarding.
The paid us, loaned us a laptop and bag, and gave us a lovely red t-shirt. So yes, I think PwC did value us.
Yes
This was a great experience and it provided an insight into the working of large auditing companies and their large clients, which was very interesting. Plus you get paid.
Don't be afraid to fail.
