The smart futures programme started with many workshops and team building skills these were over the course of 2 weeks. We also worked towards a level 2 CMI qualification. The final week was a work experience in your preferred service line where you worked alongside a team of accountants performing day to day jobs.
I have gained a CMI level 2 qualification in business leadership and management. I have also gained a lot of skills such as networking, communication, organizational and time management.
I loved the programme as it was a relaxed time whilst learning a lot. Also EY as a business are very understanding of your skills when you start, for me this was the main thing that made me enjoy it as there was no high expectations there was also a solid support network if there was anything wrong.
I feel very valued by EY as they put a lot of time into the programme and didn't just give petty tasks to do I was respected and was given day to day tasks that everyone else was doing.
Very organized, there was and induction event and constant feedback and help from the providers.
A lot of guidance and support from the Ey smartfutures team.

It is a great opportunity and will hopefully lead to higher chances of being employed.
