We just got presentations, about stuff in a business environment then done tasks based around them. This could of been workshops or various discussions. It was different everyday but most days finished with doing the logs for the leadership qualification which overtime became a drag and fairly boring. The trips were good however due to the factbwe got insight into too many different businesses and hpw they operate compared to EY.
I've not really learnt any new skills apart from the different methods for leadership in teaching new team members or retraining team members in how to do a certain job/task.
I enjoyed the programme to the extent in the people I met, however the company and the way information was conveyed got really boring over the days. So their was some positives and some negatives.
I feel valued by the EY Foundation team because of the effort they enforced on to us and the whole programme which I respect massively. I feel that they care about us even though we've only known them for like 3 weeks, it's a very welcome environment.
I feel it's well organized, with set presentations and set tasks with various external companies.
We receive feedback at the end of the programme, also we got comments on our learning logs which I thought was really good considering they didn't need to do that at all.
See above.
It doesn't meet my costs due to living out of Manchester, but it's very well paid but I know it's really designed for people who live in Manchester.

Yes
I would because it looks good on your CV, but you need to live fairly close and also you must be willing to put effort in. However, I didn'y enjoy it as much as I thought.
Research the company, get full background information on EY.
