Provide guidance and support to a team in order to sustainability organise all factors and productivity to successfully complete certain tasks. Also taking into account emotional and physical comfort.
Some activities I need to undertake to achieve my objectives are: For my communication skills I can start talking and asking for help from others around me and also try to help out as well as getting help. Asking questions that are not just a yes or no questions and type of questions that will help me understand what I am about to do for my work. I can improve my presentation skills by looking at some examples online that have been successful and are made by professionals and get some ideas. Also I can ask my mentors and other employees within my work place if they cans how me piece of their presentation that has been good so I can get some good ideas of how to make my presentation and also I can do a presentation in front of my friends for some tips and clues to how to improve myself in this area.
I have enjoyed my work experince over at EY very much and thats mainly because of the environment people work in and how nice they are and how much of their time they take out to make sure that we learna nd develope our skills.
I feel very valued by EY and the reason behind that is due to me getting awarded the most improve student of the programme which shows that both the host and other staff within EY have recognised and valued me as a good student within their field.
EY organised our programme very well taking s to different kind of businesses showing us how businesses tend to run and also providing us with lots of useful presentations and also gain more information for our knowledge based on leadership.
I tend to recive a good amount and that sdue to the hard wrking staff we have had over at EY and aso being very kind and gave us enough resources we need in order to get our job done.
Due to us being on a summer programme coming from college we did not really meet any employers in terms of doing real life work in EY but we did get a lot information from them from dragons den challenge and presentations that they gave us.
It met them well but could have bee done better if i was paid for my bus tickets as well as my tram tickets but over all i am happy and thankful for EY for providing some of the tickets for me.
I feel like there is and thats especially due to us having a good expeerience from the workplace and home office we attended.
