I am an apprentice, and my day to day tasks involve assisting teams in certain department with any tasks they need assistance with. My daily interactions involve working together with my team.
I have gained the AAT Level 3 qualification and am in the middle of doing exams for the AAT Level 4. In addition to this I feel as if all my existing skills have been enhanced, particularly my confidence and communication.
I enjoy my programme very much. All the teams I have worked with have been very kind, supportive, but still stern. The actual work is also very interesting as everyday is different. The company culture is also very nice, they entail "bringing your wholeself to work".
I feel very valued by KPMG, when completing tasks I feel valued and my hard work recognised.
The programme is very well organised, they enable you to rotate around the business and have many experiences before you choose where you want to specialise.
I receive a lot of support from the training provider, as there is a lot of material online, online forums where we can ask questions, a mailbox to submit queries, and also a quarterly call to see how im doing.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, there is internal training available, and also the management team are always available to assist with any issues or queries I have.
I feel as though initially my salary meets my experience, however as I am progressing through the business and my experience is growing, I feel the balance is starting to decrease.
The teams are very kind and keen to build internal relationship, and as such do many external activities and also go to many networking events.
Yes
