    • I enjoyed every part of the programme getting most of the work done will I was early for work and my trainer was brilliant

    • I do feel like I'm a good member of their team and I will still carry on being a member of their team

    • The programme was well structured the programme was in parts so it was easier to do

    • I received a lot of support of my personal trainer she did help me loads with my work
