I am a team leader so I do the basic day to day run of a pub I have open the pub deal with cash deal with complains and make sure the guest gets the best experience when they are with us And overall just have to make sure the pub runs smoothly and everyone is happy
Over my year everything I have learnt on my apprenticeship I have used to better my self and use everything I’ve learnt to help improve the pub I work at I have developed my customer service skills to make sure the guest gets the best experience they can whilst they visit my pub
It was great my trainer was was amazing and made sure I was comfortable and made sure I had the best year I could whilst training with her
After learning everything from my course I feel more appropriated from Greene King
The programme is as well organised and simple it wasn’t confusing and everything I didn’t know my trainer was at hand to help
My trainer gave me more support that I could ask she was there whenever I needed her if I had a question to ask and wasn’t planned to meet till the end of the month she would always reply to my messages straight away
The same goes to my employer they where understanding when ever my trainer came down and pushed me aswell as my trainer to make sure I completed all my course and make sure I was on target
It’s average it’s not the best pay packet but working for the company makes up for that
No sadly not
Yes
Greene King isn’t just a job when you start your treated more like family then just and employee and they do everything to push you and try to make you better your self in the company and personally
