Store apprentice Review

My role is to be on the shop floor working the tills putting stock out. So I am always busy within my job role. The task are not difficult either they are all completable and if I am ever struggling I can simple ask for help from a fellow employee.

Yes I have developed a lot of skills some which include communication skills and being able to work the tills

I do enjoy my programme a lot mostly because of the people that I am surrounded by within the team

I feel valued a lot as everyone is treated the same

My programme is very stunted and has a fixed goal to help my achieve by the end of it

I am always receiving support from my tutor to help me complete task ect

I Ricieve a lot of support also from my employer as he helps me out all the time in certain task etc

My salary is fine at the moment

I am unsure of this
