Running a shift in a pub, Making sure the shift runs smoothly and dealing with guests
I have learnt how to handle different areas of the job and developed ways which will help the business
I enjoyed my programme as i had a great information given out to me.
I feel that as being a part of Greene King their could be better perks to work in the business as sometimes it may be a struggle on some days due to labour issues.

My hourly pay does not match the expectations i pull through for the company, but i enjoy working within the pub industry
