Atos (Apprenticeship) (Current employer since July 2016) Duties included: • Monitor systems, to identify and rectify faults • manage customer queries and any technical incidents that may arise • ensuring I always provide a high-quality, agile and timely service • Being able to log all incidents correctly
I have learned to work effectively as part of a team and efficiently independently whilst working at Atos in the IT network operations department. It has taught me how to deal with problems as a team in terms of communication and how to use my initiative when I’m in an indecisive situation whilst others are busy.
I really enjoyed my programme because I have a broad understanding of how it is to work in a leading IT organisation, which I feel that I needed in order for me to progress with how to deal with the situations in the work I do. I am looking forward to my future years at Atos to progress in IT networking
