My day to day role was mainly basic training on butchery but i would also do theory training and specialist training
I've been fully trained to be a butcher and doing the apprenticeship has allowed me to get the gcse grades i didn't get at my time at school
I enjoyed my time as an apprentice as it has helped me grow as a person and improve my people skills
As tulip is a big company it's hard to feel individual value so you've always got work hard to stand out but tulip value their employees a great deal
The Apprenticeship was well structured so i was always busy and always training
Everyone supported me as my time as an apprentice all i had to do was ask
Tupil has always supported me as they've allowed me the opportunity to grow as a person and get the qualifications i needed to build a carrer
When i firsted i was £2.73 an hour which wasn't ideal but now I'm qualified my wages have tripled so it make live a lot easier
There are so opportunities for outside training offered to us on the apprenticeship which really help with your carrer
Yes
It's a great company to kick start your carrer as you learn as you go and it's helped me have a positive future
It's hard work to start with but it really pays off in the long run so you've just got stick with it
