Many training courses on presentation skills
Extremely extremely hard work. ALthough many aspects are enjoyable, the apprenticeship does take over your life.
I feel valued by my appropriate line managers.
Whilst on training courses the program is very organised. When in the office no formal structure has been developed.
A significant level of support is offered from members of the Aston team, although some teaching styles needs adapting.
When in the office my team offers a large volume of support.
