Pension Administrator Tasks include making amendments to pension records and dealing with their day to day queries. Have to liase with line manager and speak with colleuges about different things such as help, advice and support. Have to be very careful as some of the data I acess is sensitive and there is no margin for error in my work.
Passed my first 2 exams - Advanced bookkeeping and Final accounts preparation. Working towards qualifications that will end with completing my ACA's.
I like how professional everything is and how we all get treated like adults. Youre in the real world now so everyone treats you the same as an adult.
Very valued. They constantly go on about how much we are valued and how we are all a part of 1 big family. Its very good.
Extremely well structured. They have regular forums that are planned months in advance. This is the same with any meetings or catch ups which happen on a 6 week basis to make sure we are not lost with anything.
Lots. The 6 weekly catch ups and regular talks with performance managers are really helpful and make you feel safe.
See q. 6a.
