Energy Forecasting - Using demand forecasting methods to assist the control room in balancing the UK energy generation to match demand.
Yes - New skills include Programming / code writing in order to extract and manipulate data. Skills developed includes Excel skills and project management.
Overall the course has been enjoyable and has been a good mix between practical hands on work and engineering theory.
