So I am a secretary which means my roles include processing expenses, booking travel, meeting rooms and general admin based things. I look after approximately 20 Senior Managers and do whatever they ask within reason, according to an SLA that there is.
I have learned how to process expenses, how to work in an office space, how to write emails successfully and to a certain group of people. How to book meeting rooms, travel etc.
I find the programme extremely enjoyable when I have work on but have, as of late found myself with an increasing amount of time on my hands which means I have been enjoying it less.
Very, I feel valued as a part of the team. My SM's are always very appreciative.
Hit and miss, it is relatively in the sense of having exams, calls etc but on odd occasion things are often lost in translation and I sometimes find myself getting confused.
I have a contact in which I can talk to if I am stuck which is really useful. I can get this at an email.
A fair amount, if I ever need help then they are here to support me but this tends to be in terms of the job role rather than the studying aspect.
In terms of relocating to Bristol this is relatively tough as I have to manage money a lot, this is doable but it's quite a low amount to budget on. THis is expected as an Apprentice though.
Loads, always drinks on after work and clubs etc.
