I enjoy work, as i work on various different projects. I enjoy working with everybody on a daily basis. My team are fun, approachable and easy to work with. And they are always willing to help me.
I feel like my work is important to the team. However sometimes we could recieve more recognition from those higher up in the company.
I think the programme is tecnically very good, we are provided with good quality training and thurough materials. However i do not think that it is too well coordinated between us and our training provider.
I recieve lots of support study notes and materials from my trinaing provided which is beneficial. I can also email my tutor when i need to do so.
I have the support of my manager and all my team as i can go to them to ask them any question i do not understand. They all give me a positve attitude towards helping me, as they also want me to pass my exams.
All my costs are met. However, the train fares are a large drain on my wages.
There are football tournaments, lunches, after work socials, charity days and many other activites we are encouraged to take part in. There are also lots of seminars and lunch time/afternoon events for us to participate in to broaden our knowledge.
