My role includes a number of different things, I deal with reapir packs collating all the paperwork together once the sales department past them through to me, I then complete and pass on to the repairs department so that the jobs can be actioned. I also activate warranties and send out letters welcoming them to us as a company notifying them of their warranty period. I am also starting to learn the loading bay side of the company.
I would say i have learnt to be a lot more confident, and developed my letter writting skills and also learnt how deal with scenarios in a fast paced environment.
I enjoy my job throughout and love learning new things as for my actual college experience i have not started as of yet.
I feel very valued and made to feel part of the team as soon as i started.
N/A as i have started yet and havent recieved any further information on the college course itself as of yet.
N/A have not started college as of yet
N/A for college as i have not started as of yet - but in a work aspect very good I always kknow if i need help or need to talk about something i can always rely on either my branch manager or office manager
I feel as though this could be better as I am approaching 25, have responsibilities such as pets, car and other bills to pay out whilst also trying to save to own my home, so putting a little more strain and taking more time to get to the future i hope for.
I feel as though there will plenty of opportunities depending on the path i choose to take
Yes

to ask plenty of questions, learn as much as you can and dont be afraid to ask if youd like to do better because as a company i find stannah willing to help you to want to progress in your career.
