I feel appreciated my the managers I work with as I receieve frequent feeback both verbal and written.
BDO have a well structured the programme allowing us to attend college and support us through our studies. We have regular meetings with a BPP assessor and counselling manager to discuss progress.
BPP tutors are very approachable and provide a lot of support. At BDO we also have in house trainers who are also there to support and help us.
I receieve support especially from my counselling manager who ensures I am always up to date with both my work and my studies. I also have a buddy who I can go to when I need some help.
It generally covers my costs, however my travel costs are very expensive so this takes a considerable proportion of my salary.
Yes I regularly attend BDO social events such as nights out and weekends away.
