In an audit placement we typically visit client sites and perform work such as testing, interacting with the client etc. Normally assigned an in charge who will tutor you when you have any questions about the work.
I'm studying towards my Level 3 and 4 AAT and will complete ACA after this. I have built up a plethora of new professional skills such as how to interact with clients, managers and colleagues as well as how finance in organisations works.
Really enjoyable and great exposure to all sorts of people and clients.
As a lower grade it can be hard to feel valued sometimes, but with experience and knowledge this will begin to change. Feel very valued by the 360 management team though!
Rotations are good and training is very regular and in depth. Good study support is available and PQA team are very helpful with regards to tuition, exams etc.
Quite accessible but not much time spent in college. Then again, learning on the job is probably quicker and more effective than classroom courses.
Lots of guidance and help from more senior in charges and colleagues. There is a general attitude of wanting to help people which is advantageous for all parties.
Salary is competitive- rises and bonus at the end of every year are appealing. Could be more but can't complain when you first start with no experience and factoring in tutoring costs and exams.
yes, loads of social events available and societies to join.
Yes
