Love the people, Love the company, but can get very stressful and not much free time to spend compared to other friends at university

Yes
They are a great company with great values, although this does come with some things that need to be given up, its a great opportunity for young people.
Its competitive to get into. Really look into the company and their values to see if you are suited to it and the company is suited to you. The assessment day is intimidating, but be yourself and personable and you stand a great chance.
