    • Like an important member of the team, if only a small part, everything that I do is important to the running of the organisation

    • Very well structured, obvious support structure in place

    • Less than I would like, it seems like KPMG are expected to do the bulk of the work

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

    • No issues with pay apart from that where I live is very expensive compared to other areas, and despite this they are on a London salary simply due to their closeness, as opposed to the actual cost of living

    • Yes

    • Good place to work, everyone seems nice, good career development.

    • Don't get hung up on knowledge, nobody knows anything so don't worry about it!
