Moving around the company carrying out various roles within it to get a good idea of where I would wish to specialise

Like an important member of the team, if only a small part, everything that I do is important to the running of the organisation

Less than I would like, it seems like KPMG are expected to do the bulk of the work

No issues with pay apart from that where I live is very expensive compared to other areas, and despite this they are on a London salary simply due to their closeness, as opposed to the actual cost of living
