My job title is: Team Secretary Day to day I work on rolling forward accounts, creating and sending out bank letters, typing up accounts, creating and sending out fees, CRM tasks, postal duties, printing and scanning. I attend internal meetings quite a lot. I volunteer with other staff members from KPMG at a school in Leeds.
I have learnt many new skills and have improved on the skills I already possessed. I attend training sessions. I will be getting a NVQ level 3 in Business Administration so everyday I am picking up and learning new things to help me get through my qualification.
I enjoy most of the work. My team are lovely, they are very helpful. The company does everything it can to help you through anything.
My manager is very easy to speak to which makes me feel good as I know if I ever had an issue I could speak to him about it.
The induction we attended was great because we met so many people and I made really good relationships however the downside some of what we did was irrelevant to my position in KPMG. The training I attend is always very good the external staff who take the training are always very good at what they do and always know what they are talking about. The tasks I do are delegated to me with thought.
I am supported my all the internal staff and BPP the training provider are very helpful and they provide study webinars and resourceful materials.
My manager is very supportful. Everyone I have been in contact with in KPMG have been very supportive and helpful.
My salary is good and it covers everything I need to pay for.
There are plenty of opportunities like volunteering etc.
Yes
They treat you well, you make good relationships and overall its a nice place to work.
To be honest, to give them what they want.
