Project manage work to be carried out in substations. providing safety from high voltage system
Lots new skills learnt. first aid, working at heights, fire safety, mechanical hand skills, electrical hand skills,
really good program, team atmosphere
They put lots of time and effort in to this and we are supported by lots of high level managers.
everything is worked out for the three year program and really well structured
they have special training managers to support apprentice program
Again we have dedicated team to look after trainees
Most of the cost is covered by national grid including travel accommodation and food.
