An audit assistant, helping assist audits doing sections of the file like PPE , bank etc, as well as helping the supervisor with some parts of their work. Day to day I interact with clients as well work independently
Yes I have learnt lots of new things including book keeping from the basics of debits and credits. As well as auditing skills and professional skills interacting with clients.
I enjoy the programme and find it very useful in my career, I learn lots everyday and enjoy developing new skills whilst working with new people all the time .
I feel very valued as an employee and feel I am treated fairly with respect. Most mangers and supervisors are happy to give you their time and help .
I think the programme is structured well with regular college and planned exams soon after to lead to the best results. The dates are booked well in advance for lots of notice.
I receive plenty of support from all the learning materials I need from college as well as teaching time and have the option to ask any questions I need. My employer is also happy to help anytime I need
I receive lots of support from all the staff I work with and everyone is happy to explain anything I don’t understand anytime I ask . All supervisor regularly check up on me to make sure I am progressing
My salary is very good for my job and I feel they give generous increases with meet my needs. It’s a comfortable salary I am happy with and expenses cover any extra costs i incur like travel
There are some opportunities for sport like football weekly and there are regular social opportunities monthly doing different activities. Development opportunities are mainly training courses

Rsm is a nice company to work for that’s friendly and is a good size firm to provide different work opportunities on different jobs and client sizes
Be hard working and open to learning as there are lots of things you need to take in a fully understand so ask questions to ensure you do and be confident in your ability
