I help to ensure health and safety is followed on site, make sure contractors are carrying out their work, and making sure that the quality of the work is up to standard
Yes, I have taken part in lots of external training which has taught me new skills, and develop current ones
Have great access to senior leadership which helps to make contacts and makes the company feel like a small family business

I had an induction and lots of useful training, I was given a buddy to help me answer any questions I had before starting, and during the apprenticeship
lots, a good amount of training is provided while still getting site experience
Lots, everyone is very supportive and always willing to help
Very well, travel is covered and pay is on par with other construction companies in london
yes, volunteering, and some company events, there are also social events such as Christmas parties, and even informal team meetings
