My responsibilities are log in to the system files, answer the phone calls and emails be a first contact in HR office.
I go trough Emigration training and I learn every single day a new things regarding HR job.
I'm enjoy working with the team , company have good culture .
I feel very valued by my colleagues by my Manager and also the factory management
I think is good organised but always can be better
I have a lot of the support my mentor and always can count on her
