apprentice for commercial banking. I will help do tasks for my team and help to do the daily admin tasks. I will also be in charge of optics. I have to monitor the customer interactions and make sure that this is to a high standard.
I have developed upon my communication skills and my i.t skills and helped learn how to make them appropriate within the bank. I have obtained a Charter Banking qualification
I enjoy my programme a lot, I feel I get a decent work flow with an amount that does challenge me. I work within a strongly bounded team which I feel apart of.
I felt that I was valued highly by RBS as they were very supporting and treated me fairly.
very organised. The training and support was what I expected and needed in order for me to pass first time. If I ever needed help, I knew I could turn to my assessor and they would be able to support me.
I received a lot of support from my training provider. they were always willing to help and would over deliver often.
I received a lot of help from my colleagues if I needed it. If I was ever struggling, I knew I could turn to several different people for help.
