I enjoy the programme a lot as it gives me a chance to learn my job role as well as gaining a qualification
I feel valued at RBS as I am given work frequently meaning that I am doing stuff that will help the business
it is organised although there are some aspects that I have had trouble with, this being my monthly reviews I went two months without one but I then had a review with my assessor which went through everything
I receive a lot of support when I need it, but I did have that space where a review wasn't arranged for me when needed
I receive a lot of support from my employer especially my line manager as he is always allowing time for himself and colleagues to upskill me on the varied jobs that I need to complete
my salary covers my costs well as this allows me to live within my means
