Only just started my actual course / programme although I have been here since September

Unsure as haven't had much contact with them as of yet

Anything that I need I feel as though I can ask Have a buddy and a mentor and 1:1s with my manager weekly

Well, I live near by so travel isn't an issue Well paid for an apprenticeship

Work to raise money for a local charity as part of our apprenticeship scheme

Feel as though you get a lot of help and support in kick starting your career. People are approachable and happy. Very welcoming. Gain a lot of new skills and develop existing ones

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bakkavor?

Be confident in what you are saying, even if you're not 100&. Be open to helping others and show that you are an approachable person Research about the company before your interview and arrive prepared Overall just show that you are open to change, can add to a team and provide good ideas.
