360 Apprentice: - Full time employment - 6-month rotations around Audit, Tax and Advisory (length of each placement can vary according to resourcing needs) - Treated equally to graduates and other new starters by most colleagues and managers - Occasionally spend a few weeks at college to study for AAT exams, though much of the studying and coursework is done online
Treated equally to graduates and other new starters by most colleagues and managers. You will be given plenty of responsibility and most managers have been very helpful and understanding in explaining how everything works. I felt very out of my depth to begin with but you will get used to the work quickly and there is always support.
360 Apprenticeship team are excellent and 360 induction and events are very well organised and structured, as well as the ongoing support network.
BPP tutors are fantastic, always willing to help even outside of course dates
There is always support available if you have a problem, however KPMG generally expects you to compromise on your work/life balance as you progress in your career, especially during busy season in Audit.
Yes
Great opportunity, it opens the door to the whole accounting and financial services job market.
Do plenty of research before the interview, but relax, it's not as formal as you might expect from such a huge firm
