I've massively improved communication skills with both customers and colleagues, I am now a lot more confident having built fantastic relationships with out customers
Helping customers daily, it's a very satisfying feeling when you have provided a facility or some finance to a customer that has managed to significantly help their business grow.
A feel very valued, after my apprenticeship has ended the bank has been proactive to find me a suited role and I am really enjoying and making a large contribution
The programme is structured well, the workbooks are aligned well giving a month to complete each topic which has been very usefully planned.
A lot, I've never been unsure of work and afraid to ask help - the team has been proactive to help my queries and always offered a helping hand
Similar to the above - I receive a tremendous amount of support from both RBS and BPP.
Salary is very competitive, I have much benefitted from learning and earning on the job than I feel I would have gone to university.
